Life Update!
Hey Everyone! I thought I would give everyone a life update since so much has happened these past couple of weeks. (This blog was pre-written on April 1st)
I had a couple of rough months but I’m finally coming out of it and doing a lot better. I wanted to show that the bad days/weeks/months/years always end by sharing some of my recent accomplishments! There have been days where I feel like the smallest of tasks are too much to handle, so these big moments are that much more of an accomplishment for me and I’m excited to share them with you! I hope you see that there is hope and that you’ll come out of the rough patch soon if you’re in one.
I had a huge trip to NY and played at the Lincoln Center. I had a presentation at Columbia University about service dogs, the ADA, accessibility, and more! I’ve gotten into my top colleges and will soon be committing!! This is especially huge because a couple of years ago I didn’t think I would be able to go to college and now I am looking forward to the new adventure! I passed my road test and now have my driver’s license! I’m working with the National Alliance on Mental Illness and have 5 presentations coming up! I also released my debut EP! (you can find this on all platforms! Perspective by clara bryn)
I turned 18 on March 19th and I’m so excited to see what this year brings. But I’m also looking back at this past year and reflecting on how far I’ve come.
Take a moment to acknowledge your accomplishments and be proud of yourself!
