Short and Sweet

I’ve found myself becoming very drained during social interactions recently. I really struggle with not over-doing it even though I continuously suffer the consequences later.

But I think if I say this out loud it might help me: You don’t need to force yourself to be social for long periods of time. Take breaks! Keep it short and sweet. It’s summer now which means it’s time to take care of ourselves whether that is more social interactions or less.

Don’t get me wrong, don’t isolate yourself… but don’t burn yourself out either. Trust me!
